Data Deletion Policy for Lyqness

Lyqness empowers users to share and learn about each other by asking and responding to questions. What we collect, why we collect it, and how you can manage it are described in our Privacy Policy. When data is deleted, we work to remove it safely and completely from our servers or retain it only in anonymized form.

User Questions

Users can create, modify, and delete questions. When a question is deleted, it is removed from our systems. Copies are removed from backups as we cycle through the backup retention schedule, and no users have access to the deleted question during that period.

User Media

Users can add, modify, and delete media—including images, videos, and audio—associated with a question. Once deleted, media is no longer accessible on Lyqness. Backup copies are removed as we cycle through the backup retention schedule.

User Profiles

Users can add, modify, and delete profile information, including their name, social media accounts, username, and photos. Changed or deleted information is no longer accessible on Lyqness, and backup copies are removed through the retention cycle.

Account Deletion

To delete your account, first delete all questions and collections associated with it, then contact us. Once the account is deleted, you will no longer have access to Lyqness and your profile information and media will no longer be accessible. Backup copies are removed through the retention cycle.
